Terms of Service

1. The service

Follow is cloud-based customer relationship software for real estate brokers and their teams. It is provided as is, with the features described on this site at the time of your subscription.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done from your account. Tell us without delay if access is compromised.

3. What you agree not to do

• Send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable anti-spam law.
• Upload unlawful content, or data you have no right to hold.
• Attempt to reach another brokerage's data, probe the security of the service, or work around its limits.
• Resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement.

4. The AI assistant and your professional duties

Follow's assistant drafts messages and offers time slots. It does not replace your judgement or your licence. By design it does not state a property value, quote a commission, negotiate, or give legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your communications with your clients and for complying with OACIQ rules.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. Follow does not sell it and does not use it to train artificial intelligence models. You can export it at any time. The handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Third-party services

Follow can connect to services you choose, such as Google Calendar, an SMS provider or a payment processor. These connections are optional, they are governed by their own provider's terms, and you can remove them at any time from inside Follow.

7. Subscription and payment

The free trial runs fourteen days, with no credit card. After that, the subscription is billed in advance for the plan you chose, in Canadian dollars, and renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Periods already started are not refunded unless the law requires it.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it. Maintenance interruptions can happen; planned ones are announced ahead of time where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Follow's total liability to you, on any and all causes combined, does not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the event. Follow is not liable for lost profits or lost business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account for a serious breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is deleted in line with the privacy policy, after a period during which you can still export it.

11. Changes

These terms may change. A material change is announced by email to active users before it takes effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable there. The courts of the district of Montréal have jurisdiction.
